CIRCLE offers access to industry intelligence, peer exchange, and direct connection with the European sector’s leadership.

Who are we?

Organised and governed by the European Cleaning and Facility Services Industry Federation, it brings together a network of key sectoral stakeholders.

The CIRCLE enables its members to foster reflections and anticipate major evolutions of the cleaning industry and facility services in Europe.

EFCI CIRCLE is open to organisations active in the industrial cleaning sector, including:

Industrial cleaning service companies;
Training centers & professional institutes;
Technical & professional study providers;
Providers of health & safety assessment and risk prevention services;
Other relevant stakeholders contributing to the sector.

EFCI CIRCLE is dedicated to networking, intelligence and knowledge-sharing. It complements EFCI’s core role, which focuses on political representation and influence at EU level.

What does participation include?

2 online knowledge exchange sessions per year.
Visibility within the European cleaning ecosystem, including listing in CIRCLE Directory, a digital “Participants in EFCI CIRCLE” badge, opportunities to be featured (e.g. LinkedIn spotlight).
1 invitation to an in-person event.
Opportunities to contribute topics and engage with peers across Europe.
By joining in 2026, you will receive access until the end of 2027.

Participation fee

To support the launch of the EFCI CIRCLE, we are offering a simple and preferential fee structure for 2026–2027.

€2,100 (2-year package) for cleaning & facility service companies, training bodies, and national associations.
€4,200 (2-year package) for suppliers and multinational organisations.

This special rate is available to organisations joining during the launch phase and committing through 2027.

Standard annual fees:

€1,500/year – Cleaning & facility service companies, training bodies, and national associations.
€3,000/year – Suppliers and multinational organisations.

Fees are set by the EFCI Board of Directors and may evolve as the platform develops.
