The completely revised guide aims to assist public and private buyers of cleaning services in their tendering process by highlighting the benefits of choosing quality services. It provides them with a practical tool designed to assist them in selecting the economically most advantageous tender (offering best value for money), rather than limiting their criteria to the lowest price only.
